Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with the item you have purchased from the website, you can return it to us by post to our workshop in an unused condition with all original packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will issue a refund or an exchange. 

An exchange will only be agreed as long as the product is received unused and in perfect condition and it is not customised. If the item was a gift then the same rules apply but any refunds will be made to the original buyer only, not the recipient.

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges on bespoke or personalised products.

Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and any re-delivery charges for exchanges. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Please contact us with your order number for a returns form which upon receipt should be filled in and returned to us along with the product. If the return is due to a fault with the product you may be required to provide photographic evidence before a return will be authorised

Once you have a returns form all returns should be packaged securely, with the shoulder strap/backpack straps inside the satchel and sent to us using a recorded delivery service to the following address:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

A full postage refund will be issued for items returned due to fault.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days. However, please note that once we have processed the refund, the length of time taken for the refund to credit the customers account will depend upon the bank itself, and so we are unable to guarantee the date the refund will credit the customers bank account.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
