Using our favourite vegetable tanned leather, we heat tool the length with a flowing rose and foliage design to create these black embossed leather belts.

As always, handmade in London, the mid size cut - 1 1/2" (38 mm) wide - is a traditional size for jeans, and combined with the subtle heat embossing creates a western style belt crafted with durability and comfort in mind.

We choose 3.5 mm thick vegetable tanned leather as it is a more environmentally friendly method of treatment; one which respects and preserves the natural grain and unique texture, creating belts that will age beautifully, taking on character and charm with use.

Our buckles are nickel free and attached with press studs, to easily mix up your style and extend your belt's lifespan and versatility.

Each of these floral embossed leather belts is foil stamped with our branding as well as our 25 year Warranty Snips stamp - guaranteeing a lifetime worth of wear.

Colour note: leather is a natural material and some variation between hides is to be expected. Please bear in mind that monitor settings may also create variance.

To figure out your perfect fit, measure a well fitting belt from the place at which the buckle is attached to the most used hole.

Alternatively, if you do have a tape measure to hand, measure over your trousers, exactly as you would wear the belt - which allows for the added bulk of the trousers. 

A full grain, natural finish, this leather's charm comes as it is used, aged, and gathers memories.

The leather we use for our classic belts is low maintenance and easy to care for. Most small scratches can be polished out with a clean, soft cloth.

Try not to let your new leather accessory get wet; if it does, allow it to dry naturally - away from heaters - and it might be worth giving it a little condition after. 

If you feel it’s in need of some extra affection, you might like to use a leather conditioner. Anything with beeswax or natural oils is best. Feel free to get in touch for our own recommendation.

We do not recommend using a coloured conditioner, as there is a high risk of colour transfer onto clothes. A neutral one will rejuvenate the colour slightly without the risk of damage.

The buckles we use for our classic belts are Brass or Zamak which shines up well with typical metal polishes. Always test the polish in an inconspicuous place first.

All of our leather is supplied by tanneries who are audited and certified by the Leather Working Group.

The Leather Working Group is the world’s largest leather sustainability program. LWG has identified environmental best practices in the industry and audits tanneries to assess the environmental performance of leather manufacturing facilities – and certifies those that meet the standards.

The leather used for our Belts is supplied by a Tuscan tannery that has a Silver Rating from the LWG, as well as being a member of The Genuine Italian Vegetable Tanned Leather Consortium.

The Consortium’s mission is to safeguard the centuries-old tradition of vegetable tanning and to guarantee the quality of the raw material and workmanship. The Consortium guarantees manufacturing processes compatible with the ecosystem and not harmful to people.
