For some reason it's hard to find a good quality classic leather belt. This was a risk as I couldn't find any alternatives and I didn't know the shop. I've since bought 3(!) (1 is a present). Really pleased. Can recommend the quality of the leather and classic looking belt. No risk. Very pleased.

I ordered the Bennet Brown Leather Messenger Bag with two modifications - swapping out some hardware and upgrading from nylon to a leather strap. Throughout the process the people I communicated with over email were thorough, polite, and prompt. I wound up with exactly what I wanted - a well-made leather bag that is sure to last for a long time.
I spent a lot of time trying to find something to replace a beloved and beleaguered daily-use favorite and this was by far the best price-for-quality I could find, even with customizations and overseas shipping. The customer service was exceptional. One of the people I emailed with even went so far as to figure out the length of the shoulder strap on the bag I was replacing so ensure the new one was the right length for me. I didn't even ask her to. I name-dropped a 30+ year-old handbag in an email and this person somehow found its measurements so she could make sure the shoulder strap on my new bag is the perfect length and the bag sits where I want when worn.
I would absolutely purchase items from this place again and would encourage customers to take advantage of how open they are to modifications.
