Our workshop
London is the heritage, heart, and inspiration for Village Leathers. Our brand was born here in 1974, and we continue to work from the same quirky and well-aged workshop.
Over of our 40 years making leather accessories, we’ve amassed a wealth of experience, skill, and a raft of unique and treasured machines and tools. From our London workshop we continue to promote and practice traditional craft, as skilled leather workers and creatives we champion and cultivate the opportunity to maintain and learn these techniques and increasingly rare skills, grateful that we’re able to sustain small business manufacturing within the UK. Incorporating contemporary processes and machinery alongside our heirloom pieces enables us to keep our prices accessible and we constantly work at providing a consistent high quality finish for an affordable price, while protecting our commitment to craft and the unique beauty of a handmade item.
