A classic fold-over sunglasses case in  smooth dark green leather, measuring 17.5 x 7 cm, with depth up to 4 cm.

Handmade in London, we finish our green glasses cases with a heavy duty silver finish press stud and include an internal bridge rest for added structure. 

 

Handmade in London, our dark green sunglasses case in the classic fold-over style - for a larger, more structured glasses case - measuring 17.5 cm x 7 cm, comfortably accommodating up to 4 cm depth.

Cut from smooth solid colour racing green leather, each glasses case is secured with a heavy duty silver finish press stud and features an internal bridge rest for added support and structure.

The green leather is detailed on the back with our logo in silver foil. We use responsibly sourced leather from an LWG Gold rated tannery in The Netherlands, which we split to approximately 2.2 mm thickness, keeping it light and easy to work with, whilst maintaining structure and protection for your glasses.

Colour note: leather is a natural material and some variation between hides is to be expected. Please bear in mind that monitor settings may also create variance.

Our colourful Chroma leather accessories are very low maintenance; try to avoid getting them completely wet, and they can be cleaned with a soft brush, or a damp cloth. Designed to be durable, the solid colour finish can conceal a few more bashes than the natural grain leather but they never say no to a good going over with a leather cleaner and a clean cloth.

To us, it’s important that the leather we use aligns with our values. Alongside creating long lasting, timeless products, we ensure we minimise our impact on the planet, by crafting our pieces responsibly.

All of our leather is supplied by tanneries who are audited and certified by the Leather Working Group.

The Leather Working Group is the world’s largest leather sustainability program. LWG has identified environmental best practices in the industry and audits tanneries to assess the environmental performance of leather manufacturing facilities – and certifies those that meet the standards.

Everything here is handmade in London by a member of our small team, which means that orders can take up to 5 working days to complete - especially one off custom orders and those with personalisation.

Disappointingly small

I have to say that I am disappointed with this item , as although the quality is top rate , the case is too small to accommodate either of my 2 pairs of sunglasses . It is neither wide enough or deep enough to take a standard pair of gents sunglasses, can just about squeeze reading glasses in though

The colour was as described, the stitching around the case is an indicator that this is a well made product. Was going to spend more on another site but they had sold out. Glad I came across Village Leathers, beautifully crafted product,, made in the UK and more than reasonably priced. It looks like it will stand the test of time, so far so good. I’ve got a few belts and now this sunglasses case. My original ray bans case was falling to bits and the time had come to get a replacement.

The colour (green) looks great and it’s built to last. Leather is thick but supple and it’s got a bridge support inside to hold the glasses well.

I genuinely wouldn’t buy leather goods anywhere else. Top seller.

Exceptional quality of well cut and stitched leather in my favourite colour British Racing Green, the thick material with soft lining provides very good protection to expensive eyewear.
Good bridge support inside the case and it snugly but adequately fits my Oliver Peoples Afton prescription glasses along with my sunglasses clip.
Secure but easy to engage popper fastening.
Delivery time was around 48 hours to rural Scotland from ordering to receipt of goods.
Extremely pleased with all of this.

Throughout the process the people I communicated with over email were thorough, polite, and prompt. I spent a lot of time trying to find something to replace a beloved and beleaguered daily-use favorite and this was by far the best price-for-quality I could find, even with customizations and overseas shipping. The customer service was exceptional. One of the people I emailed with even went so far as to figure out the length of the shoulder strap on the bag I was replacing so ensure the new one was the right length for me. I didn't even ask her to. I name-dropped a 30+ year-old handbag in an email and this person somehow found its measurements so she could make sure the shoulder strap on my new bag is the perfect length and the bag sits where I want when worn.
